Throwback Thursday: The First Day of School

This week, across Massachusetts, students of all ages are headed back to school. Soon, seeing children with backpacks waiting at the bus stop will become a part of the normal routine. You may even start to use your GPS to find a quicker route around school traffic jams. These students (who are WAY too small for those desks) are in a mechanical drawing class at the old Technical High School in Newton in the early 1900s.
