The landscape turns from brown to green and kids start playing outdoors. My favorite sign though, is that baseball starts to make a return to the area. As Boston’s boys of summer are in Florida getting ready for the season, high school and intramural teams take the fields across the Commonwealth.

Seven years ago, I saw a delivery truck for a large supermarket chain and thought, “What a great idea!” I remember being astounded at what a simple concept it was and couldn’t believe no one had thought of it before. Afterall, no one likes to go grocery shopping. No one likes to hunt for a place to park, or deal with long lines on a weekend. I began to think of how and when I could take advantage of this new service the next time I needed to go food shopping. Later, I realized that grocery deliveries aren’t a new concept at all, just one that had been updated.
