One of the best ways to inspire customers to support your business is by finding ways to connect with them personally. Your campaign should be designed to create relationships and memories with your fans, and make them feel a part of your store’s community.

Here are three strategies for you to bolster your relationship with customers.

Focus on Popular Problems and Solutions

As a local business, people turn to you as a specialist in your field. A consumer may think that their question is unique, and they are impressed when you are able answer it quickly. The truth is, you’ve probably heard that question (and others) multiple times. By being visible with your answers, you are showing your expertise and responsiveness.

When you are promoting your business during the Readers Choice Awards try to find ways to remind consumers of your knowledge. Post social media messages that list the top five questions customers have had for you. You could even answer the questions through a video you can post on your web page.

Make it Personal

Customers realize it can be difficult to identify and thank each individual customer. So when you find ways to personalize your message to customers, they appreciate it. One simple way to do that is when you send an email marketing campaign include the recipient's name in the subject line or greeting.
