Winter may not officially be over yet, but you can definitely feel that spring is practically here. The weather is actually enjoyable and this weekend we turn the clocks forward an hour, which means we lose an hour of sleep, but gain an hour of sunlight at night. As we say goodbye to another New England winter, we can look forward to doing activities outdoors again. You’ll start seeing more people running, boating, and biking. Of course, the bikes you see won’t be quite as unique as these.

Seven years ago, I saw a delivery truck for a large supermarket chain and thought, “What a great idea!” I remember being astounded at what a simple concept it was and couldn’t believe no one had thought of it before. Afterall, no one likes to go grocery shopping. No one likes to hunt for a place to park, or deal with long lines on a weekend. I began to think of how and when I could take advantage of this new service the next time I needed to go food shopping.
