Every business is looking to engage with consumers during the holidays. With such a narrow window to encourage shoppers to visit your store, it’s important to reach them through different mediums. A social media marketing campaign can boost your marketing message to new and existing consumers during the holidays. Here are a few ways you can use social networks to help create engagement this season.

Facebook Ads

It’s easy to create ads using the largest social media platform. Facebook allows you to create ads from previous content you’ve posted or build an ad from scratch. One of the best features Facebook offers is directing your marketing message to a specific consumer demographic and geographic area. Making your message visible to customers who are most likely visit your store.

Videos

Videos can show your followers a special promotion or event that’s taking place. It can also build excitement and entice customers to visit your business. Broadcasting live video via Facebook Live or Periscope shows consumers what is currently happening at your store. Posting previously filmed spots on Twitter or Instagram can also  work to build interest and excitement with consumers.

Special Promotions

Use your social media feeds to offer exclusive promotions and coupons that are only good for a limited time. Encourage your followers to act fast and share with friends to drive traffic to your social networks, website and store.
